We are currently looking for a Business Process Manager


The Business Process Manager is a key role for MM Flowers during an exciting time of change, transformation, and enablement of future business critical projects. The role will be a key enabler on the delivery of significant technology focused projects, and the continual development of the digital landscape across the business.

Working closely with business stakeholders, the Business Process Managers will ensure that the future state of the organisation processes, systems and data has alignment with the wider strategy.

The role is new to MM Flowers for this project and is responsible for driving continuous business process improvements, adoption of industry best practice, and implementation of new ways of working to support our strategy through the Digital Transformation agenda.

This is a huge opportunity to utilise your subject matter expertise to assist in the successfully delivery of a major digital business transformation at MM Flowers.


Daily Responsibilities


  • Identify process improvements that meet agreed business outcomes without substantial customisation of our technology platforms.
  • Understand all business processes across the defined workstreams (e.g. Procure to Pay, Plan to Produce), ensuring current processes are fully mapped, documented, and agreed in collaboration with the Programme Director (PD), Subject Matter Experts (SME) and Business Analysts (BA)
  • Work collaboratively with the project team and PD to define and agree a business case, business outcomes and KPIs that can measure success for each phase of the project.
  • Ensure “to-be” processes are mapped and SMEs, GLT members and project analysts are engaged to deliver defined improvements and measurable business outcomes.
  • Drive continuous business process improvements, adopt best practices, and ensure alignment of processes (to a business blueprint) through delivery of the project's change management strategy & plans.
  • Ensure technology solutions meet the designed business processes and escalate where the platform (ERP or WMS) will not achieve business outcomes.
  • Ensure high quality master data is available without multi-entry points and silos.
  • With the Change Manager deliver key training materials to ensure effective implementation.
  • Take ownership of new ways of working on go-live.
  • Perform the required tasks at all project stages including design, build, data migration, delivery, and implementation to ensure a successful go live.
  • Drive the agreed value for your business area/s and ensure business outcomes are met.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capability
  • The ability to challenge yourself and others not always settle for the current way of working.
  • Process development and execution experience,
  • Can demonstrate having worked collaboratively and cross-functionally and be seen as an SME in your function.
  • Be able to bring people on the “journey” and have effective stakeholder management experience.
  • Ability to drive change and utilise change management techniques and approaches.
  • Know “where you don’t know” and engage appropriate SMEs to ensure gaps are filled.
  • Excellent influencing skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Familiarity with project management methodologies is highly desirable.
