Ceetech Ltd, part of the
RSK Group are looking for a
Business & Project Administrator to join the team based in
Ipswich, UK. This is an office based role, working 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities:
This is a hybrid role involving general administrative support to the business, together with project support to our Maintenance department.
- Handling incoming calls
- Meet and greet visitors
- Assist in the maintenance of staff training and health and safety records
- Assist with maintenance of personnel files including annual leave and sickness
- Assistance with the administration of the Apprenticeship scheme
- Assist in arranging services for equipment and vehicles
- Assist with other administration tasks as requested by management
- Routine project support including set-up, raising purchase orders and hire of plant and equipment
- Act as point of contact for engineers working in the field
- Contacting clients and tenants to arrange engineer visits
- Assisting project teams with reports and letters
- Maintain project files and undertake filing/archiving
Qualifications and Experience:
- Good communication skills
- Good use of IT packages, including Excel, Word and Outlook
- Strong administration and organisational skills
- Willingness to learn
- Ability to prioritise workload
- Experience of project support/administration
- Works well within a team and can self-deliver admin and project-based tasks
Salary and Benefits:
- Salary - £25,500 + (depending on experience)
