About Us

We are a growing refrigeration and air conditioning company providing expert installation, maintenance, and repair services. We are looking for a Business Manager to oversee our service team, manage daily operations, and support business growth.

This role is ideal for someone with experience in air conditioning and refrigeration who is looking to step into a leadership role and develop their skills in sales, quoting and site surveys.

Job Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage the service team to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist with quoting clients and conducting site surveys (training provided).
• Maintain customer relationships and handle inquiries professionally.
• Develop and implement service efficiency strategies.
• Ensure health and safety regulations are followed on all projects.
• Work closely with the directors to support business growth.

Requirements

• Previous experience or strong knowledge of refrigeration and air conditioning
• Ability to lead a team and manage day-to-day operations.
• Willingness to learn how to quote jobs and conduct site surveys.
• Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• A proactive and growth-oriented mindset.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and marketing.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
