A new opportunity has arisen for a Site Administrator for our North Bristol Office. The administrator will provide support for our team of Engineers.
What You Will Be Doing
Liaise with our client and the end user.
Manage the dedicated office phone number during office hours. This can be via the onsite handset or through a company mobile application.
Monitor and manage any communication via the client hosted group email address.
Manage the site's reactive call process.
Diligently monitor the progress of each call through to its resolution, updating the systems with all pertinent information.
Ensure that any calls received outside of standard working hours are comprehensively documented in the system retrospectively.
Maintain an up-to-date record of all site passes held by site staff and subcontractors to ensure the fulfilment of their site duties.
Verify information and schedule site access for visitors and contractors required on-site.
Responsible for booking in Visitor process
Ensure that the health and Safety process is followed for Clients and Subcontractors
Responsible for facilitation of the change control process process and Documentation control.

Salary: up to £28,000 depending on experience
