Knight Frank is looking to hire a Business Support Coordinator to support our Logistics & Industrial Agency department on a 12 month fixed term contract.

Role
This is a role is for a highly motivated, results driven Business Support individual, supporting team members within the Logistics & Industrial agency department. You will be responsible for providing an effective and efficient support service and assist the wider business support team in ensuring the smooth running of a busy department.
Responsibilities
- Drafting and raising fee invoices for the department.
- Providing support to the CDD team by logging requests and facilitating necessary actions.
- Assisting the Head of Department/Team with administrative tasks and coordination.
- Supporting Lease Advisory with report formatting and documentation.
- Registering instructions, coordinating CDD, obtaining title deeds, and conducting conflict-of-interest checks.
- Managing legal, facilities, IT, and other support through Converge system tickets.
- Overseeing property key management for the department.
- Managing diaries and scheduling meetings for team members.
- Coordinating expenses by prompting team members to submit claims and managing expenses for several team members.
- Formatting and assisting with the finalisation of client reports and documents.
- Providing document assistance, including typing, taking minutes, and preparing schedules.
- Creating presentations for both internal and client-facing meetings.
- Coordinating events such as Future Gazing and client events, managing RSVPs and invitations.
- Updating and maintaining Hub records, including contacts, property/activity records, and subscription/marketing lists.
- Arranging and booking travel for team members and executives.
- Managing business card requests and coordinating archiving activities.
- Assisting with inbound enquiry calls and switchboard duties.
- Coordinating team CV updates and assisting with new starter and graduate onboarding.
- Acting as MCC Champion by completing training and supporting marketing requests.
- Providing cover where needed to ensure smooth team operations.
Key Experience Required
- 3+ year experience in a similar operations or administrative role.
- Proficient using Microsoft Office.
