The role
We seek an enthusiastic, experienced Business Support Manager to provide administrative support across the Moredun Group and ensure service are delivered by the administrative team, timeously, accurately and efficiently.
The role will involve providing core administrative functions to the Group including:
· Administration of essential databases for the business
· Management of business travel for all staff
· Servicing meetings, including quarterly Boards, comprising of collation of papers, logistics and minutes
· Line management of Administrator
Experience required
You will have:
· Experience working in a similar role
· Ability to communicate effectively with wide range of individuals
· Aptitude to dealing with complex and often changing demands to achieve common goals
· Financial astuteness
· High attention to detail
· Experience with taking minutes
