We are looking for a Buyer to join our infrastructure team for the A47 highways project based in Norwich.

We are looking for a Buyer to join our infrastructure team for the A47 highways project based in Norwich.
What you'll do:
- Minimise the cost of plant, materials and services to Skanska.
- Use Oracle ERP to place orders, manage tenders and run reports.
- Negotiate with suppliers and raising orders.
- Preparation of material enquiry documents, tender review sheets and recommendation reports.
- Assist lead tender activities and meet bid deadlines.
- Visit suppliers and manufactures to develop relationships.
- Support the business by expediting materials and services to meet project deadlines.
- Experience of transactional and tactical procurement.
- Experience of highways/civil engineering.
- Knowledge of Oracle or similar ERP systems.
- Holding MCIPS or working towards.
