Job Title: Buying Process - Transformation Manager
Work Arrangement: 3 days in office (Onshore role only)

Rate Payable to Contractors: £500 - £525

Role Description
As a key member of the programme team, reporting to the Business Process Lead, you will contribute to the transformation programme for a UK-based pharmacy retailer. The role involves driving design decisions, supporting testing phases, and ensuring successful programme implementation through go-live and hypercare.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive design decisions and respond to test defects.
- Prepare and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Review training content and lead business readiness tasks.
- Collaborate with Business, IT, and process experts during testing and cutover phases.
- Manage and support cross-functional teams to deliver solutions meeting business needs.
- Quickly adapt and align with an in-flight programme.
Key Skills/Knowledge/Experience
- Expertise in end-to-end procurement processes, especially Goods (GNFR - Indirect Procurement).
- Strong knowledge of SAP S4 HANA, including the latest technology and functionality.
- Procurement or buying experience.
- Proven experience in process and systems change projects, representing business needs.
- Excellent communication skills to explain complex issues to non-technical stakeholders and build strong business relationships.
- Ability to shift between big-picture thinking and detailed execution to ensure the solution delivers desired business outcomes.
- Experience in delivering significant business change.
