LSH Auto is thrilled to announce a vacancy for a BYD Team Leader join the team at our Tamworth dealership. As a leader in the electric vehicle space, BYD is committed to sustainability and innovation, and we are looking for a passionate individual to drive our team's success.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a dedicated team of sales professionals, ensuring they are motivated, trained, and equipped to meet and exceed sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, inspire, and develop the sales team to achieve individual and collective targets
• Implement sales strategies and operational best practices to enhance team performance
• Monitor and analyse sales metrics and team performance, providing guidance and support where needed
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction through quality service and product knowledge
• Collaborate with management in the planning and execution of marketing initiatives and store promotions
• Conduct regular training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment
  
  
  

Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

• Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the automotive or retail environment
• A track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and engage team members
• Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a proactive approach to challenges
• Solid understanding of the automotive industry, particularly electric vehicles
• A passion for sustainability and the BYD brand
• A valid driver's licence
