The company joined the Lloyd’s Register Group in 2022 and is now one of the leading maritime software with over 500 employees. The tool which provides real-time navigation, performance and compliance insight, is currently used on over 22,000 ships.

In January 2025 Lloyd Register will complete an acquisition of Ocean Technologies Group from Oakley Capital. Ocean Technologies Group is a leader in the maritime industry, providing essential human capital management, training compliance, operational, and HR software to over 1,000 shipowners and operators and over a million seafarers worldwide. This acquisition will enable Lloyds Register to offer OTG advanced solutions across a combined fleet of over 30,000 vessels.

🧭 Navigating the position: Campaign Manager

The Campaign Manager defines, build and measure multi-channel, global campaigns that create demand, leads, revenue and a great customer experience. Adept in planning, writing and number crunching, works seamlessly with partners and colleagues to define, write and deliver the right message, at the right time, to the right people to deliver results.

This role is a 6 month FTC

🚢 Your Voyage Ahead

  • Build and execute end to end, multi-channel, global marketing campaigns
  • Brief and oversee the work of internal and external agencies and partners to deliver campaigns to schedule
  • Use marketing technologies to deliver campaigns at scale
  • Select and test the right mix of channels to drive desired customer journey and behaviour
  • Create audience segments aligned to campaign briefs
  • Build relationships and secure resources to create the audience specific content needed
  • Manage face to face events needed to support the customer journey
  • Write, edit, and proofread copy
  • Ensure that brand identity and key messages are reflected in all communications
  • Analyse data to inform new campaigns and the evaluation of existing campaigns
  • Create and report against a suite of metrics and KPIs that demonstrate campaign impact
  • Contribute towards the MarTech, customer data and analytics roadmap and strategies
  • Champion one or more marketing channels, being the owner for evaluating, reporting, and optimising its impact

🚢 Recommended to bring on board: 

  • First rate copy writing skills
  • A comprehensive understanding of how great messaging can convince, entertain, inspire, and educate people
  • Passion for design and how it can influence peoples’ decisions and behaviours
  • A dual-minded approach: You’re highly creative and an excellent writer but can also be process-driven, think scale, and rely on data to make decisions
  • Excellent organisational skills to work independently and manage projects with many moving parts
  • Numerical skills: build; acquire data & segment audience creating targeted audience as well as analysing the success of campaigns
  • Project management skills: experience of working with a budget, meeting deadlines for multiple projects and ensuring ROI on marketing campaigns
