We're on the search for a Candidate Manager to join our dynamic team at Joss Search.

This role is all about identifying and engaging high-potential candidates within the private equity and alternative investment sectors. You'll be instrumental in helping us build strong pipelines and uncover new opportunities both talent-wise and commercially.

What you'll be doing:

• Research & Talent Mapping: Identify both active and passive candidates across private equity and alternative investment firms through detailed market mapping and research.
• Talent Pool Building: Pre-qualify top-tier candidates and proactively create talent pipelines for repeat and future roles.
• Sourcing Innovation: Constantly experimenting with new ways to find and engage candidates, we are looking for someone who wants to bring ideas and make an impact.
• Market & Competitor Insights: Track trends and monitor the competitive landscape to spot fresh sources of talent and business opportunities.
• Insight-Driven Collaboration: Work closely with our team to turn talent data into actionable insights and help shape smarter recruitment strategies.

What you bring:

• Recruitment experience, either in-house or at an agency. (Experience in business support recruitment highly preferred)
• A knack for research, data mapping, and analysis, with the creativity to use those insights for both candidate engagement and business growth.
• A self-starter mindset with the curiosity to dig deeper and uncover the "who's who" of our industry.
• A creative spark and personal flair for building your personal brand and crafting engaging talent campaigns, and outreach that cut through the noise.
• Excellent communication skills and a genuine interest in the world of private equity and alternative investments.
