We’re looking for a reliable and caring individual to join our team alongside an established staff member to balance a 4 days on, 4 days off working routine in the Chester area. If you’re looking for a role that provides regular time off while still making a meaningful impact, this could be the perfect fit for you!

✅ Ideal Working Pattern: 4 days on, 4 days off From 12-10pm – giving you plenty of time to rest, recharge, or focus on other commitments.
✅ Great Pay: £13.40 on weekdays, £14.40 on weekends – double for Bank Holidays.
✅ Flexibility: A structured shift pattern that still allows you time to enjoy life outside of work.
✅ Guaranteed Hours: After a successful probation period, we guarantee 50% of your contracted hours.
✅ Supportive Team: You’ll be working closely with an experienced team member to ensure a smooth and supportive work environment.
What You’ll Be Doing:

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Assisting customers with their daily routines to ensure they feel safe and comfortable.
- Providing personal care, including assistance with bathing, dressing, and medication.
- Offering companionship and emotional support – a friendly chat goes a long way.
- Helping with light household tasks such as meal prep and tidying up to make life easier for those in your care.
