We are looking for a Career Coach to help create better futures for young people in Salford
You will provide careers support to 1618-year-olds who are not in education, employment or training.
You will use coaching methods and approaches, and your excellent ability to build relationships, to help young people think positively about their futures. You will track young people and keep them engaged with our service.
You will support young people to overcome a range of barriers and achieve their goals. This could include moving into employment, education or training. Or building personal and social skills by connecting to new experiences, volunteering or short programmes. Youll also link young people up to wellbeing and mental health support when required.
