Profile Summary
To complete the Onboarding function within the Mizuho CLM Team in a timely and cost efficient manner ensuring adherence to all SLA’s and procedures for MHI, London & EMEA Branches. To manage the control of AML/KYC documentation in line with Internal Compliance Procedures/FCA regulations
Duties And Responsibilities
- Undertake all tasks within the Client Onboarding cases within Fenergo.
- Facilitate QC checks for onboarding cases and client maintenance workflows
- Complete the addition of counterparty registration applications and initial customer registration from workflow into customer management databases. In adherence to all Mizuho Compliance procedures
- Drive oversight and communication of weekly priority queues across business resource alignment
- Perform client identification and verification on Financial Intermediaries
- Perform screening of clients using World check one
- Liaison with Internal Clients Advising Business Units of due diligence requirements
- Maintain high quality reference data across MHI, London Branch and European Office systems in conjunction with AML/KYC Client documentation verification
- Build relationships and business understanding with Internal Clients in order to initiate and implement improvements to existing processes
- Support the Client Onboarding team leader with CLM focused Projects and adhoc tasks within Shared Services
Qualifications, Skills And Experience
- Bachelors Degree or equivalent
- Great organisational and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong numerical and analytical skills
- Client-centric career experience
- Demonstrable ability to innovate, support change and problem solve
- Collaborative nature to contribute to a successful team performance
- Sound knowledge of the Banking Industry
- High level of computer literacy and skills in data manipulation / presentation
- Language skills are an asset
