We are looking for a Cash Planning & Reporting Manager to join our finance team on a 24 month contract (this role will have the potential to become permanent). This role is paying from £70,000 to £85,000 along with a market leading benefits package.

Here's What You'll Be Doing
At E.ON, Cash Conversion Rate (CCR) is a key performance indicator, central to our success. We are seeking a dynamic Cash Manager to play a pivotal role in achieving a 100% CCR over the Medium-Term Plan (MTP) horizon. This role involves central coordination and oversight of cash planning and reporting, including producing insightful, action-oriented performance reports for the Board and Group, as well as delivering regular forecasts and narratives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead long-term cash planning and month-end cashflow reporting, coordinating with Finance teams and business areas.
- Manage Cash Controllers across E.ON, establishing a robust cash planning framework.
- Collaborate with UK Treasury to strengthen Controlling and Liquidity Planning.
- Prepare communications and briefings for Board and senior stakeholders, providing analysis and insights.
- Maintain the relationship with Group for E.ON UK cash planning and reporting.
- Identify working capital opportunities through insightful reporting and analysis.
- Ensure adherence to the Working Capital governance framework.
- Share best practices within E.ON to enhance operational performance and reporting.
- Improve and automate cash processes in finance systems.
What We Need From You
- You will be a qualified accountant and have relevant experience in Financial Planning & Reporting roles
- You will have excellent interpersonal skills and strong stakeholder management and the ability to constructively challenge peers and superiors.
- You have a great attention to detail to ensure our reporting is accurate and robust
- You can coordinate the financial planning process through great collaboration and organisation skills
- You are able summarise a lot of data and financial information into a clear and simple story
- A process improvement mindset
