The Role

Are you ready to bring your channel sales skills to a growing and dynamic team? We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Channel Sales Executive to help expand our channel partner network across EMEA. In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing regional partner accounts, collaborating on joint campaigns, and driving partner success through sales enablement and strategic planning.

Responsibilities Include

  • Manage and nurture regional partner accounts, building strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate on joint marketing campaigns, lead commercial discussions, and implement sales enablement training programs.
  • Ensure consistent alignment on messaging and sales strategies with your partners.
  • Work closely with internal teams to support partner growth and achieve mutual business objectives.
  • Travel internationally (up to once per month) to build relationships and represent Loadbalancer.org at key industry events.

What We’re Looking For

  • 1+ years of sales experience (channel sales experience preferred).
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple accounts and drive results.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (Salesforce experience preferred).
  • Willingness to travel internationally to strengthen partner relationships.
