About The Role
l Create manifests of daily orders for warehouse collection requirements.
l Assisting with daily collection exceptions; coordinating daily collection capacity between warehouse and third-party carrier
l Using a specific system and creating daily orders, shipping labels, and collection bookings
l Supporting the customer service team for daily order delivery exceptions.
l You will be receiving and responding to emails and forwarding them to the appropriate personnel if necessary.
l Order related supplies from the carrier when needed; keep track of all the supplies in and out.
l Obtain and organise relevant data, analyse anomalies and summarise them.
l Assist and optimise billing exceptions between the carrier and our account.
l You will also be asked to support internal transport. Including: planning driver transport work and route, flexibility to address temporary emergency transportation needs, communicate smoothly with the driver, understand their needs, and monitor the vehicle's condition and report/resolve any issues promptly.
The ideal Candidate
l Need to have a valid visa to work in the UK (this position does not sponsor visa)
l A professional and adaptable communication style – must be both written and verbal in Mandarin/Chinese and English as this role needs to communicate with HQ in China
l Having supply chain or related background will be advantage but not essential
l Efficient administrative skills
l Currently hold UK driving license will be advantage but not essential
l Strong numeracy, literacy, and IT skills
l A proactive attitude, and an enthusiastic approach
l Good at paying attention to details, self-motivated, a good team player and hard-working
l Have the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
Working Hours:
9:00-17:30, 176 hours per month (flexibility is required)
Wages
£26,200 to 28,000 with monthly KPI bonus
