What You’ll Be Doing
- Preparing and presenting high-quality dishes using seasonal, local ingredients
- Working closely with a dedicated kitchen team to ensure consistency and precision
- Following all kitchen procedures and food hygiene standards
- Staying calm and organised during busy service
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience working as a Chef in a busy kitchen
- A team player with a strong work ethic and great attention to detail
- Someone who values quality, creativity, and sustainability
