Chief Financial Officer

We have partnered with a market leading insurance company based in London to appoint their new Chief Financial Officer to support their continued transformation.

We are seeking a strategic, operational and commercial CFO to lead and oversee all aspects of finance for our client's insurance division. This high-profile role will be responsible for implementing finance strategy and driving change across people, systems and processes. The successful candidate will partner closely with senior leadership, providing insightful advice on the finance strategy, transformation, overseeing partnership initiatives and building teams.

This is a hands-on role, partnering with the finance teams and executive committee to help drive the company’s continued growth. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a track record of:

• Handling finance transformation across insurance and/or financial services domain; focusing on people, systems and processes

• Commercial leadership experience in growing a business unit or division within financial services or insurance

• Providing strategic support in critical commercial decision-making.

• Effectively managing stakeholders, including leading teams through change, hiring talent, fostering team development, and driving performance.

• Interpreting regulatory requirements and ideally be FCA approved
