What you’ll do

As Chief of Staff, you will play a critical role in shaping and driving our strategic priorities while getting stuck into technical and operational challenges.

Acting as the right hand to the CEO you’ll ensure the smooth execution of priorities, lead cross-functional initiatives and support critical business needs.


Key responsibilities and objectives:


Strategic Execution:

  • Work closely with leadership to prioritise and execute strategic initiatives.
  • Translate high-level goals into actionable plans and monitor progress.


Project Management:

  • Lead or support cross-departmental projects, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Optimise processes and workflows for efficiency and effectiveness.


Technical Hands-On Support:

  • Collaborate with teams to solve technical challenges.
  • Develop and refine scripts, automate tasks, and analyse data using Python.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data-driven analysis.


Operational Excellence:

  • Act as a trusted advisor, identifying challenges and presenting solutions.
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and dashboards for internal and external stakeholders.


Leadership Support:

  • Manage communication and coordination across teams to align efforts.
  • Serve as a sounding board and problem-solver for leadership.


Who you are

This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and hands-on technical expertise. A strong background in Python and comfort with technology is essential to succeed.


What you'll need:


Experience:


  • Proven experience in a Chief of Staff, Project Manager, or similar strategic role.
  • Proficiency in Python is essential, with experience in scripting, data analysis, or process automation.


Skills and qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Adept at juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • A proactive, hands-on attitude with a willingness to get stuck into the details.
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
