What you’ll do as a
Chief Systems Engineer
- Set the technical direction across complex, high-impact projects
- Coach and mentor high-performing Systems Engineering teams
- Lead on governance, systems thinking, architecting, and system of systems design
- Act as the go-to expert for the Sector Chief Engineer, Head of Systems Engineering and Engineering Projects
- Drive innovation, continuous improvement, and digital transformation in our engineering approach
What you’ll bring as a
Chief Systems Engineer
- Proven leadership in complex, high-stakes engineering environments
- Strong technical background in systems architecture, integration and stakeholder management
- Passion for developing people, promoting collaboration and driving best practice
Security Clearance
This role is subject to pre-employment screening in line with the UK Government’s Baseline Personnel Security Standard (BPSS).
