Are you an experienced administrator looking for a varied role and part of a team that makes a difference in the mental health field?
An opportunity has arisen within the Children’s Integrated Therapy Service for an experienced Team Administrator to join our friendly team. You will provide support to the Children's Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy and Speech and Language Therapy teams.
The role is full time and will be based in Orchard Health Centre in Banbury, although there may be some opportunities for home working. Hours are Monday to Friday, 9.00 am to 5.00 pm.
This is a busy department and the role will involve a variety of tasks including processing referrals using the electronic patient record, dealing with telephone and email enquiries and booking appointments. You should therefore have good written and verbal communication skills and accurate keyboard skills. You should have good IT skills and be confident using Microsoft Office packages. You should have excellent organisational skills & be able to prioritise your workload. In addition, the ability to work with limited supervision will be necessary.
You will be working with other members of the Children's Therapy Admin team, clinical staff and parents and families, responding to any enquiries in a professional manner and always providing an excellent level of customer service.
We can offer training to help you develop further and excellent supervision and support.
- Provide high-standard administrative and secretarial support to the team/service.
- Process referrals, book appointments, and maintain online records.
- Assist with data quality and checking.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, manage multiple email accounts, and handle general office duties.
- Liaise with therapists, admin staff, and professionals from other agencies within the locality.
- Travel to various sites within the locality area as required.
