The CIPD is one of the most impactful charities, dedicated to championing better work and working lives around the world. It is a leading professional membership body for HR and people development globally. Through funding and advocacy, the charity supports hundreds of initiatives to support people professionals, managers, employers and policy makers. The Organisation is seeking to appoint a Chair of the Board to provide strong leadership and direction, and to continue to build and deliver on the CIPD aims.
Candidates will be highly commercial with a passion for people and have held senior leadership positions in the private, public or voluntary sectors. They will have the gravitas and credibility to be an ambassador and leader for this highly regarded international body and be able to live the CIPD values—customer first, collaborative, expert, impactful and innovative—in their day-to-day professional life.
