Are you committed to forming exceptional relationships with our wonderful children?
Would you like to access a bespoke package of training and support to ensure you realise your leadership ambitions?
Do you want to make a difference, making every day count for every child?
We are looking to appoint an exceptional ECT or main scale teacher with leadership aspirations. If you have completed your ECT period this unique opportunity will combine class teacher responsibility with the support to grow and develop as a school leader. As part of this role, you will work with both the school and Flying High Partnership to complete an annual leadership development plan, which will assess both your needs and areas of interest and put in place a package of support which may include CPL, access to national professional qualifications, mentoring and shadowing. Additional release time will be provided to enable you to access this learning and reflect on your development as a leader. It is an extremely exciting time to join Walton Peak which has just been judged good in all areas by OFSTED (March 24). Over the last three years, our school has been on a significant journey to establish itself at the heart of the community. You would be joining a highly motivated, committed and supportive team who are relentless in their pursuit of excellence. The successful candidate will be expected to provide high-quality, supportive and engaging teaching for the pupils in our school.
