- To teach within a Complex Needs Resource Base
- To Plan, delegate and evaluate work.
- Develop write and review IDPs, ensure that pupils barriers to learning are addressed through developing specialist ALPs within the resource base.
- Promote a creative and collaborative working environment.
- Developing positive working relationships with all staff across the school.
