JOB TITLE: Cleaner

LOCATION: Victoria Square Shopping Centre, Belfast

SHIFT PATTERN: Wk 1 = Mon, Tue, Sat, Sun. Wk 2 = Wed, Thu, Fri

WORKING HOURS: 37.5 HOURS PER WEEK

PAY RATE: £11.60 PER HOUR

JOB PURPOSE & OVERVIEW:

ABM is currently recruiting for a Full Time Permanent Cleaning Operative for an immediate start working in a retail setting located in Belfast, County Antrim.

The purpose of this position is to assist the ABM team to provide a high-quality cleaning service. The successful candidate will join an enthusiastic and dedicated team that drives a positive working environment whilst achieving results and taking pride in their work.

Requirements

Responsibilities / Duties:

• Be responsible for all the basic cleaning on-site.
• Work on their own initiative and ensure that their area of responsibility is to the cleaning standards set by the company
• Be expected to represent ABM and its client in a professional manner, demonstrating the highest of Company Standards.
• Perform all tasks as requested by immediate supervisor/manager and as detailed in the job specification for the particular site in question
• Participate/attend in all training and implement the correct cleaning methods at all times.
• Ensure equipment is kept clean and in good working order.
• Show courtesy to all members of staff and customers
  
  
  

Candidate Requirements

• Good level of English both verbal & written.
• Experience in a similar role is desirable, however full training will be provided
