We’re looking for an Account Lead to join our Client Services team, driving progressive partnerships with one of the world’s most iconic and future-focused sport brands. This role is central to building trusted relationships, navigating complexity, and delivering cutting-edge digital work rooted in the realities of modern sport and youth engagement.
The Role
As an Account Lead, you’ll take ownership of high-profile, multi-market initiatives, working closely with client partners and internal teams across strategy, creative, design, experience, and tech. Your leadership will help push boundaries in how audiences connect with sport in 2025—particularly through digital platforms, AI-enabled experiences, and community-first thinking.
You’ll need a strong understanding of global sporting trends, youth culture, and the evolving role of digital ecosystems. This is not just about campaign delivery—it’s about shaping ideas that redefine category expectations and drive business impact through innovation.
What We’re Looking For
Demonstrated experience leading integrated digital campaigns, platforms, or ecosystem work at a global or regional level.
A strong understanding of sport and lifestyle brands, youth engagement strategies, and digital experience design.
A strategic, tech-curious mindset with a passion for the latest in AI, platforms, and how innovation shapes brand experiences.
Comfort working across multiple markets and time zones, aligning stakeholders and managing complexity with clarity.
A collaborative leader who can bring multidisciplinary teams together around a shared ambition and help deliver high-quality creative work.
8+ years in account leadership roles within creative, digital, or brand-led agencies, ideally with experience across sport, tech, or youth-centric brands.
Location
The ideal candidate will be Amsterdam-based, though R/GA supports a distributed talent model that offers flexibility.
