We are seeking a Client Care Manager to lead a strong and talented team of client care advisors based in Leeds and Nottingham and clinic receptionists across our geography. You will have direct line management responsibility for client care team leaders, the post holder will be supporting clinicians, managers and customers to a fast growing, dynamic company.

In a busy and varied Client Care Manager role, responsibilities are to include but are not limited to:
- To be responsible and accountable for the Company’s client care function and all associated processes at the business, overseeing the centralised administrative office and all reception staff across the Company’s satellite clinics.
- To have overall responsibility for the development, improvement and implementation of all administrative processes across the Company, ensuring proficient use of the Company’s practice management software and associated business administration systems.
- To have overall responsibility for the Complaints & Feedback Team, to ensure complaint handling processes are followed, chairing weekly meetings and actioning feedback with a focus on continual improvement and improving client satisfaction. You will foster a client focussed culture within the team, encouraging reflection and collaborative working between back office and clinical teams.
- To build and maintain strong relationships with our in-clinic customers, to monitor SLA attainment and identify potential risks or opportunities with our customers.
- To recruit, train, develop and retain administrative personnel at the Company.
- To manage the administrative function of the Company in a modern and dynamic way that enhances culture and motivates workers to increase productivity, in line with the Company’s Values Statement.
- To undertake audit projects and make recommendations to the Senior Management Team in relation to back-office performance and efficiencies and lead the implementation of service improvements that benefit the business.
- To plan and coordinate administrative procedures and systems and devise ways to streamline administrative processes.
- The post holder will hold a full, clean driving licence as the post will involve travel across various regions that the business occupies.
