Since the business was founded in 2012 we have built a powerful brand, a great reputation and huge client success.

Our core objective at Will It? is to enable Executive and Senior Leadership Teams within our client organisations to work both 'on the business' (around goals and strategy) as well as on themselves as teams and individuals.

We are excited to now be hiring a Client Director into our growing team. • Manage multiple new inbound leads, taking new business opportunities from qualification to close. With sales support, manage all stages of the sales process, including pitch, proposal, and commercials, working collaboratively with others in the consulting team to scope and shape brilliant solutions for clients.
  • Spend c.60 billable days per annum designing and facilitating workshops and programmes and providing 1:1 coaching to senior leadership teams. Build relationships with client stakeholders through the sales process and into delivery.
  • Deliver and facilitate high-energy, well-organised workshops to senior executives and teams, both face-to-face and virtually. Combine clarity of process, storytelling and great coaching questions.
  • Demonstrate a commitment to personal improvement, both as an individual and for our business; sharing and applying client feedback to enhance both our propositions and our approach to sales.

We are looking for an experienced consultant with a strong track record of building client relationships with senior business leaders/C-suite, delivering great work and meeting revenue targets. We will expect you to demonstrate:

  • A track record of generating revenue through a consultative sales process, delivering on sales and core KPIs.

  • Experience through the full sales lifecycle, including prospecting, qualifying leads, developing proposals, managing commercial negotiations and closing the deal.
  • Evidence of growing a portfolio of client accounts through effective development and execution of structured account plans.
  • Experience of building and nurturing strong relationships at MD/CxO level with strong verbal and written communication skills that enable you to have impact and influence.
  • Highly collaborative behaviours, with the ability to get the best out of a team in in service of the critical goals of the role and the business.
  • The ability to work at pace, bringing energy and a proactive, can-do attitude.

This is an opportunity to create a legacy of achievement with a growth business that is on an exciting journey. The position offers an attractive financial package including a performance related bonus and opportunity for invitation to the company share scheme.

At the heart of the business is an inclusive, warm, driven and progressive culture.
