Are you a confident communicator with a knack for organisation and a passion for delivering top-notch service? We’re on the lookout for a Client Onboarding Executive to join our fast-paced, supportive team based in Old Trafford, Manchester.
As a Client Onboarding Executive, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our existing business clients. Your mission? To guide them smoothly through their online registration process and ensure we’ve got everything we need to get started.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Reaching out to business clients by phone and email to assist them with registering on the Government Gateway portal.
- Supporting clients as they liaise with the Valuation Office Agency (VOA) to complete necessary steps.
- Gathering key client information and making sure everything is accurately recorded.
- Working with internal teams and surveyors to collect and process required documentation.
- Proactively managing your client portfolio and maintaining up-to-date records in our CRM system.
- Partnering closely with our Commercial Property Consultants to deliver a seamless onboarding experience.
Education And Experience
- A confident and methodical professional with 12+ months experience in a customer service or sales support role (phone or face-to-face).
- A proactive problem-solver who can work independently and takes ownership of their work.
- Excellent communication skills — you're clear, friendly, and persuasive.
- Organised, resilient, and goal-oriented, with a sharp eye for detail.

The salary for this position is £22,223 per annum + commission scheme (Realistic OTE £32,000 per annum)
