Client Service Advisor (Permanent, Part Time)

As a Client Services Advisor within KCOM Enterprise, you’ll be the first point of contact for our B2B customers, handling a variety of service-related queries, including billing, service relocations, complaints, and service breakdowns. Your role will be key in ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction by providing efficient query resolution and proactive customer support. You’ll also play an active role in identifying opportunities to enhance service delivery and customer retention.

Salary – £24500 per annum (Pro rata based on part time hours)

Part Time Hours – 15 hours per week, Monday and Tuesday, 08.30 – 17.00

Location – Carr Lane, Hull, with hybrid working opportunity

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide first-line support to B2B customers, ensuring a proactive and responsive approach to service management.
  • Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone, email, and live chat.
  • Act as a point of escalation for service-related issues, working to resolve them efficiently.
  • Manage and resolve customer complaints, ensuring positive outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for service improvements and upsell potential, passing relevant leads to the sales team.
  • Support customers with service breakdown updates and SLA information.
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, GDPR, and quality policies.
  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels, contributing to strong Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Requirements

  • Experience in a customer service or similar role, handling queries via phone, email, and live chat.
  • A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • IT literate, with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Proactive approach to problem-solving and identifying service improvements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Industry experience is desirable but not essential—full training will be provided.
