Client Success Manager - French Speaking

As a Customer Success Manager, you'll own a portfolio of strategic accounts, building deep relationships and helping them unlock the full potential of our platform to drive growth and loyalty.

What You’ll Do

• Lead satisfaction, retention and growth across your client portfolio, with a focus on our expanding French customer base
• Champion customer success by identifying opportunities for deeper platform integration and automation
• Use insight and relationships to drive upsell, cross-sell and renewals, consistently hitting revenue targets
• Build advocacy and long-term partnerships by aligning Emarsys capabilities to clients’ business goals
• Collaborate with internal teams and act as the voice of the customer to drive value at every touchpoint

What You Bring

• Fluency in French and English
• Proven experience in a customer-facing, revenue-influencing role
• Strong relationship-building and communication skills
• Confidence presenting and explaining complex ideas clearly (tech knowledge a plus, but we’ll train you)
• Commercial mindset and ability to identify and convert growth opportunities
