Job Description
In this role, you have the opportunity to
Train our customers on the Intellispace Cardiovascular system, enhancing both the patient and clinician’s experience.
You are responsible for
- Delivering expert knowledge and advice on using Philips EchoCardiography software
- Designing and delivering training to clinicians following purchase or upgrade of the Intellispace software.
- Demonstrating the benefits of the product during client meetings, and explaining how this will enhance the clinical experience
- Application support – providing any post installation support to all customers for usage queries.
- This role offers you chance to work from home, covering a UK territory (subject to your location) with up to 30% UK wide travel.

You are a part of a team of healthcare informatics specialists, reporting into the Customer Service Manager for healthcare informatics.
To succeed in this role, you should have the following skills and experience
- Qualified Cardiac Physiologist or sonographer
- Experience and passion for training others (i.e. trainees or new starters) within your existing team
- Enthusiastic about technology, ideally having worked with clinical workflows previously.
- Full UK driving licence with flexibility to travel within UK and Ireland
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
