Job Description
We are seeking a Clinical Bioinformatician who willsupport our efforts in connectingbioinformatics, product development and clinical users togetherin collaboration.
This will involve differentcontributions andimpact; ranging from subject matter expertiseandexploratory data analysis tosoftwaretestingand documentation preparation tailored to clinical users.
Please note this role is based on a 12 month fixed term contract.

- Analysingand understandingdiversedata sets,such asthose needed for testingsoftwareproductsfor clinical users.
- Support the implementation ofrequirement analysis andend user-oriented tests
- Write high quality documentation tailored to end users.
- Prepare and providetraining activities for clinical usersand researchers.

- Experience in clinicalresearch or health care in either cancer or rare diseases
- Proventrack record in analysinglarge-scale genomic data usingcutting-edgebioinformatics toolsand reference databases.
- Strong background inhumangeneticsand be proficient in Pythonand / or Rfor data analysis,including data wrangling andvisualization.
