Were looking for a dynamic Clinical Home Manager to lead Amherst Court (112 beds) . Youll be the driving force behind exceptional care, managing day-to-day operations, ensuring regulatory compliance, and inspiring a culture of compassion, accountability, and respect.

What Youll Bring

• Proven success managing care homes of similar or greater size.
• Active NMC PIN
• Deep knowledge of CQC standards and a track record of strong leadership.
• Outstanding communication skills and a passion for person-centred care.
