What You’ll Do At Elekta
Your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to)
- Work within the Treatment Applications Product Line, primarily with Monaco TPS.
- Utilize expertise in Radiation Oncology within a commercial organization to facilitate product releases.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering, product management, and other functions to provide clinical input during the design, development, and testing stages. Ensure user needs are met by participating in workshops, system demonstrations, global planning sessions, and other events.
- Review and comprehend new product features as defined by Product Management.
- Lead, organize, and participate in validation activities for releases within the Elekta Portfolio. Create and execute all validation deliverables, including documentation, test design, testing, and reporting, in a timely manner.
- Work closely with Technical Authors, Usability, Safety, Training specialists, and Product Management to manage and assist with the delivery of release-associated documentation.
- Collaborate in developing internal training programs for other functions in preparation for general release. Deliver clinical training and support for customers during the pilot phase of product releases.
- Provide pilot customer feedback to relevant teams, such as Product Managers and R&D Engineering.
- Assist regional support teams with clinical issues and handle escalated issues according to established policies and procedures.
- Offer clinical overviews and insights to other parts of the organization as requested, including end-to-end workflows, system demonstrations, clinical reviews of equipment or prototypes, and induction of new employees.
- Develop and propose new ideas, systems, procedures, and ventures to achieve business objectives.
- Maintain continuous professional development, ensuring professional registry and subscriptions are up to date. Take responsibility for your learning trajectory by driving self-development and participating in training courses as agreed within the company’s appraisal process.

- Resilient, self-motivated, team player, and possessing strong interpersonal skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Ability to travel domestically and internationally up to approximately 35% maximum.
- Work Pattern: This role is for working at Crawley Elekta offices 3 days a week as part of a hybrid working model. The pattern is to be primarily defined by any on site testing type activities but led by candidates’ preference during standard working periods.
What You Bring
- BSc degree (or equivalent) in a medical field with clinical treatment / dosimetry experience.
- Minimum of 4 years in Radiation Oncology. Dosimetry experience is essential for this role.
- Product Knowledge: Experience with Elekta’s products such as Elekta Linear Accelerators, XVI and iView Imaging, Integrity, MOSAIQ, and SmartView.
- Monaco TPS experience.
- Other Elekta Products: Unity, Monaco.
- Experience with products from other vendors.
- Experience in product testing, validation, and regulations.
- Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Polarion, and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, presentation, and IT skills.
