About the Role and What you will do
As a Clinical Supervisor at First Bridge Education, you’ll lead the design and delivery of ABA programmes tailored to each child or pupil’s needs. You’ll supervise a small therapy team, oversee progress, and help uphold clinical standards across our Centre and Outreach settings. You’ll work closely alongside families and multidisciplinary teams, to ensure the best possible outcomes for children and pupils. This is an opportunity to create positive change by supporting the development of essential skills, reducing challenging behaviours and improving the quality of life of both children and their families.
