  • Create personalised education and therapy plans, in addition to Individual Education Plans (IEP’s)
  • Monitor child/pupil progress, analyse data, and adjust interventions accordingly
  • Supervise, train, and support ABA Therapists and Room Leads
  • Deliver 1:1s, team meetings, and performance reviews
  • If required, provide UKBA(cert) supervision for staff working toward certification
  • Collaborate with families, teachers, and multidisciplinary professionals
  • Support induction, onboarding, and clinical training of new staff
  • Ensure all therapy delivery meets First Bridge Education, BACB and UK Society for Behaviour Analysis requirements

What you bring

Essential:

  • BCBA and/or UKBA(cert) certification and a Master’s in ABA, Psychology, Education, or a related field
  • Strong ABA clinical skills and experience designing and supervising programmes
  • Confident and passionate about leading small teams and delivering clinical training (often to individuals with no prior ABA experience or knowledge)
  • A warm, patient, and professional approach with children and families
  • Clear communication, good time management, and organisational skills
  • Familiarity with standardised and curriculum-based assessments

Desirable:

  • Experience in school or centre-based ABA delivery
  • Supervisor coursework completed (per BACB guidelines)
  • Knowledge and use of Hi Rasmus data platform

  • 34 days of annual leave (including bank holidays and your birthday off)
  • Company pension and Sick Pay
  • Access to ‘Perkbox’
  • CPD courses and comprehensive ongoing training and competencies to continue to build your career and clinical skills
  • Opportunities for professional growth and development within a small, but growing company
  • Friendly, team-oriented atmosphere
  • A dynamic and supportive work environment
