We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team as the Clinical Team Manager and ensure we are delivering outstanding services to the children and young people of the Melksham Community CAMHS catchment area. The service is based in Melksham and works with young people up to 18 years old who experience a range of difficulties associated with their mental health. You would be part of a supportive multidisciplinary team who offer assessment, treatment, and consultation either in the clinic base or out in the community.

You will hold overall management responsibility for all aspects of service delivery and operational matters for Melksham Community CAMHS. We are working towards a culture where services from across the whole system (including health, education and social care) come together and work together to deliver positive and seamless experiences of care to children, young people and families.

In this hugely important team role, you’ll manage and supervise a diverse group of staff from a range of professional backgrounds, provide great leadership with enthusiasm for service transformation and determination to provide outstanding quality of care, ensuring that children and young people are kept at the heart of everything we do. You’ll be responsible for coordinating and motivating the team, having robust oversight of waiting lists and working with key colleagues to ensure continuity of service.
