Salary: £60,000 - £70,000

Location: Hybrid - Basingstoke (2 times a week)

An established expanding MSP are looking for a cloud engineer to join the team. They are currently in the process of planning an internal AWS to Azure migration and are looking for an Cloud Engineer to join the team and manage the project. You will be overseeing full project lifecycle for the migration. This includes planning, design, implementation and post project support.

Role:

• The platform is currently in AWS, however the new platform will be Azure based. It is still in development but they will have a prototype by the end of the month.
• This person will lead the migration, implementation and development of their new platform.
• They will be the sole platform owner including support and developing the platform further through automation processes.
• This will be an internal facing role, engaging with senior stakeholders.
• The migration is scheduled for early March, they would like this person in sooner to offer their insights/suggestions.

Requirements

• Azure cloud expertise – architecture, migrations, development.
• DevOps tools – Terraform (essential), CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong Python
• Monitoring/observability – Zabbix (preferable, not essential)
