Overview

The Position

We’re seeking a highly organised, detail-oriented CMS Editor to join our team and help deliver exceptional digital experiences across our clients' websites. The role involves managing content updates for multiple European websites in several languages, collaborating with both internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring content is structured, accurate, and optimised for the best user experience.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

  • Manage and execute content updates on multiple websites, ensuring that information is accurate, consistent, and tailored for each regional market. This involves editing and publishing content in different languages and adhering to localisation best practices.
  • Use the clients’ custom-built content management system (CMS) to create new pages, blog posts, and landing pages. You will be responsible for ensuring content is structured properly, following internal guidelines, and implementing SEO best practices as directed by third party teams.
  • You will foster strong working relationships with the Senior Project Manager, Designers and external clients to ensure smooth collaboration and the timely delivery of website updates.
  • Conduct thorough content reviews to ensure accuracy, clarity, and quality (QA). You’ll work closely with a third party output team to troubleshoot content formatting issues and develop workarounds for any challenges encountered during the publishing process.
  • Collaborate with external agencies, technical partners, and other third-party vendors to ensure content is delivered seamlessly, integrated correctly, and optimised for all platforms.
  • Act as the point of communication for tracking and reporting on content update requests. Provide clients and stakeholders with timely updates on the status of tickets and deliverables.
  • Use your expertise in website management and digital content strategies to advise clients on best practices for user experience, content formatting, SEO, and overall website performance.
  • Ensure all content, pages, and media are correctly tagged, labelled, and named in the CMS to meet SEO and accessibility standards. This includes updating meta titles, descriptions, and alt tags to ensure pages are discoverable and user-friendly.
  • Track and update link data in a shared system to ensure that analytics teams can monitor site performance. This includes tagging links with appropriate tracking codes and ensuring all pages are correctly tracked for analytical reporting. Ensure that content updates and link tracking align with the team’s requirements for performance analysis.
  • Participate actively in bi-weekly client meetings and daily stand-ups. You’ll provide updates on content, flag any blockers, and ensure the team stays on track with the project timelines and client expectations.
