CNC Machinist

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include
- Precision Machinery Operation: Operate advanced CNC milling machines and manual mills to craft components with exceptional accuracy and quality.
- Blueprint Interpretation: Leverage your expertise in reading and analyzing engineering drawings to guide manufacturing processes and ensure precision.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct self-inspections of machined parts to maintain stringent quality standards, ensuring every product meets exact specifications.
- Safety Leadership: Champion health and safety practices by maintaining an organized workspace, adhering to procedures, and proactively addressing potential issues.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with colleagues to share ideas, improve processes, and contribute to the success of the team.
- Workflow Optimization: Manage tasks efficiently within structured schedules to deliver projects on time without compromising quality.
We are open to candidates with a range of skills and experiences. The ideal candidate will have:
- Proven Experience within CNC machining processes or a related field, complemented by a relevant engineering qualification or apprenticeship (desirable but not essential criteria).
- Demonstrated competency with lathes using Haas/Heidenheim operating systems would be highly desirable or familiarity with other relevant programming systems such as Mazatrol, FANUC or Siemens
- Strong technical skills and attention to detail and quality.
- Competent in interpreting technical drawings and specifications
