We are looking to recruit a friendly, energetic College Leader for a period of maternity cover, to attend to the educational, pastoral and social needs of pupils and any other requirements depending on the pupil’s needs and wherever possible, make these part of the learning experience.

About You
This role is for a total 37 hours per week, working 42 weeks per year (school term time plus 4 weeks). The role of a College Leader in the Academy is vital in promoting and supporting pupils with their needs in their learning experience.
Our ideal candidate will have experience working with students in an educational setting. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are key, including the ability to guide and encourage students, liaise with colleagues, and maintain confidentiality.
