Responsibilities include:
• Advising on a broad spectrum of commercial and corporate disputes, with a focus on expanding your knowledge and skills in a supportive and challenging environment.
• Handling complex cases with partner oversight, leading associate teams, and ensuring timely client and case management.
• Utilising your legal expertise to stay ahead of law and regulatory changes, adapting our advice and services to best serve our clients.
• Playing a pivotal role in business development, building and enhancing client relationships, and collaborating across various AG practice areas and sectors.
• Contributing to our culture of talent development by sharing your knowledge and experience, fostering a supportive learning environment.
• Embracing technology and innovation in legal services to enhance client satisfaction.
• Participating in continuous learning and development programs, including technical training and leadership coaching.
Your Qualifications:
• A minimum of 8 years' PQE in private practice, with a strong background in commercial and corporate disputes.
• Demonstrated ability to handle a diverse caseload with agility and enthusiasm.
• Exceptional attention to detail, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to client service.
• A commitment to understanding client needs, ensuring your advice is impactful and tailored.
