£60,000 - £65,000 (Plus £7,000 car)
Are you a qualified accountant ready to step up to the challenge of a commercially strategic role in a dynamic and high-stakes environment? We’re seeking a Commercial Finance Manager.
This is more than just numbers—it’s about making sure multi-million-pound projects are priced, managed, and reconciled with precision. You’ll take ownership of invoicing, lead pricing for contractual changes, and help drive smart decisions across a variety of works from lifecycle renewals to new build projects. You'll also play a key part in future bids, modelling new opportunities, and managing a small team.
If you’re analytically sharp, commercially astute, and eager to work on meaningful projects that have real-world impact, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Managing high-value invoicing processes with accuracy and attention to detail
- Building and refining pricing models for a range of project types
- Supporting bids and strategic finance decisions with robust modelling
- Collaborating with stakeholders across Finance and Commercial teams
- Mentoring and developing a small team
What You Bring:
- CIMA or ACCA qualification
- Confidence in Excel and an ability to communicate complex data clearly
- Strong organisational and influencing skills
- Experience managing staff and driving financial accuracy at scale
