Key Responsibilities and Expectations:

·        Lead and manage the preparation and submission of tenders, ensuring compliance with company policies.

·        Oversee the full contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, execution, renewal, and variations.

·        Monitor contract performance, addressing issues and identifying risks and opportunities.

·        Manage invoicing, applications, and external commercial relationships.

·        Collaborate with operations and finance teams to gather commercial data.

·        Handle the Purchase Order process for ad-hoc work, including costing.

·        Prepare monthly reports on contract performance.

Essential Skills:

• Qualifying Criteria- Minimum of 5 years Commercial experience, strong communication skills and ability to manage several projects at once
• Business focus- Competent in implementing best practices, comply with Group policies and procedures whilst demonstrating an understanding of market conditions, customers and competitors alike
• Planning and Organising- Adopt a logical and decisive approach to decision making, collecting and analysing data, and generate proposed solutions for short, medium and long term plans.
• Personal Drive- Personally committed to the Group as a whole with a ‘can-do’ attitude whilst comfortable challenging the status quo for business excellence. Taking ownership of own career development and learning opportunities.
