The Role: 

We're looking for a dynamic Commercial Performance Lead to join our high-impact People team, working closely with our senior sales leadership to drive performance, productivity, and growth across our commercial division.

This role goes beyond traditional L&D. It's about streamlining processes, unlocking potential, and delivering learning that directly fuels commercial success. You'll be coaching recruiters one-to-one, running impactful group sessions, and designing programmes that accelerate development at mid to senior levels. You'll also play a key role in onboarding, mentoring, and contributing to business-critical initiatives.

You'll work with senior stakeholders, embed high-performance practices, and deliver data-led learning experiences that create tangible business value.

About the team

You'll join a passionate and collaborative Commercial Performance Lead that thrives on making a real difference. You'll report into the Head of Talent Development and work alongside a Talent Development Lead and a Talent Development Coordinator.

You'll also be closely partnered with the wider People team, including Talent Acquisition and HR.

What will you be doing?

  • Partnering with the Commercial SMT to identify performance drivers and deliver development interventions that achieve measurable impact
  • Delivering engaging coaching and training, both one-to-one and in groups, focused on improving commercial delivery
  • Designing structured development programmes for mid-level consultants, helping them reach the next stage in their careers
  • Leading onboarding experiences and supporting mentoring schemes to build a strong pipeline of future talent
  • Using data and feedback to guide decisions, measure effectiveness, and continuously improve learning outcomes
  • Improving training systems, streamlining processes, and increasing accessibility and efficiency across platforms
  • Collaborating on cross-functional initiatives focused on diversity, inclusion, innovation, and long-term talent strategy
  • Facilitating high-performing team workshops, delivering insights that enhance engagement and performance
  • Creating business cases for new learning initiatives, piloting and refining before rolling out across the business


Requirements

  • Psychometric Assessment: A short online assessment to help us understand your working style, preferences, and strengths. 
  • Final Stage Interview: A scenario based presentation followed by an opportunity to meet the wider team in person.
