Commercial Real Estate Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate to join a well-known UK firm in its highly ranked Real Estate team in London. The team advises international and UK-based investors and developers on deals throughout the UK, across a broad range of sectors including offices, residential, hotel and leisure, urban estates, mixed-use, industrial, and agriculture.

Experience required:

• Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales
• Must have qualified into a commercial property team and have solid experience in commercial landlord and tenant and asset management work;
• Experience of assisting on large-scale development projects and some grounding in investment sales and purchases would be an advantage;
• Experience of title and lease reporting is essential;
• Strong client relationship and business development skills;
• Ability to provide practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent academic achievement with a minimum 2:1 degree
• Highly motivated and enthusiastic.
