The role
The Commercial Systems Lead serves as the business owner for all technology platforms supporting our commercial and operational teams, including Salesforce (CRM), Braze (marketing automation), Dialpad (communications), Zendesk (customer support), and Gong (sales intelligence).
You will be responsible for maximising the value, efficiency, and scalability of these tools, ensuring they are aligned with business objectives, user needs, and regulatory requirements.
You will also build and maintain in-house, bespoke tools to support some of Liberis’ key commercial and operational processes (e.g. business cases, pricing etc.). You’ll actively seek out and rapidly adopt AI and other technology to maximise results and scalability.
The role reports into the Director of Commercial Strategy and is part of the wider Commercial Strategy Team, which drives profitable growth, optimisation and scale across all facets of Liberis’ business.

Our hybrid approach
Working together in person helps us move faster, collaborate better, and build a great Liberis culture. Our hybrid working policy requires team members to be in the office at least 3 days a week, but ideally 4 days. At Liberis, we embrace flexibility as a core part of our culture, while also valuing the importance of the time our teams spend together in the office.
