Location: Blended between office and home (England and Wales). Time in office negotiable

£45,243 (with additional allowance for London office-based roles)

Mat cover 12-month FTC


Are you passionate about digital communication and community engagement? We’re looking for a Senior Channels Officer to lead two change initiatives shaping the future of our organisation’s communication channels.


About the Role

In this maternity cover role, you will take the lead on two critical change management projects:

  • Managing the transition from Workplace to WorkVivo, our new digital employee engagement platform.
  • Driving our Channels Review, redesigning how we share communications across the organisation to improve reach and impact


You’ll strategically manage our communication and engagement channels, including; our online platforms, newsletter management and digital campaigns to develop vibrant, engaged online communities. Your insights will help define and lead our channel strategies to meet audience needs and support our organisational missions.

Working closely with the Senior Communities and Events Producer, the Channels Specialist, and other teams, you’ll promote inclusivity, collaboration, and partnership across digital platforms, ensuring our engagement aligns with wider organisational goals.


What We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives within digital communications or engagement platforms
  • Excellent project management skills, with a track record of successfully managing complex projects involving multiple stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker who uses audience insights to drive continuous improvement of communication channels
  • Collaborative team player with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
