Job Title: Community Care Business Development Executive


Reporting to: Community Care Head of Business Development



Location: Hybrid –South UK. (Expectation to visit clients in the South of UK to include,

Devon, Somerset, Dorset, Hampshire, Sussex)


Salary: £40,000 pa + up to £40,000 bonus + Car Allowance

In this role, we're counting on you to:


  • Position the value of Newcross healthcare, focusing on companies primarily between 1000+ employees
  • Educate and guide prospects through the buyer’s journey to help them learn how Newcross can grow their business
  • Manage a pipeline of self-sourced leads to identify, engage, and develop relationships with potential buyers
  • Dissect and qualify prospects’ business goals to determine if Newcross can be a strategic investment for their business’ growth
  • Close business with new and existing customers at or above quota level
  • Partner with marketing and technology departments to execute sales strategy as the company introduces enhancements to existing solutions and/or releases new products
  • Bring your thinking, strategies, and ideas to advance our company’s values, unique culture, and vision for the future

  • A winning mindset, we need you to bring your A game every day!
  • Experience with Case Management and dealing with Personal Injury would be beneficial
  • Hardworking and ‘get the job done at all costs’ attitude.
  • A resilient, competitive and target driven nature.
  • Strong knowledge or experience in SaaS Sales
  • Are Top Producers in their current role
  • Have experience in value-based selling (i.e. The Challenger Sale) or frameworks such as MEDDIC / MEDDPICC / Command of the Message
  • Experience in a hunting/new business development position, with a strong track record of successfully negotiating and delivering sales (healthcare experience would be awesome!)
  • An understanding of how a tech platform can support businesses and the ability to sell the benefits of integrating Newcross into their business.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to sell and present ideas in a compelling way, adjusting style to a wide variety of audiences.
